When we are busy and live full lives, it can be difficult to pay attention to our own needs. 

It helps to write down what you eat for meals in detail, including snacks and beverages! As we journal, we can see what we do daily and find out what to remove~~ "one meal at a time" is a great starting point.

 

You may want to try drinking a full glass of water first thing in the morning it hydrates and boosts the metabolism.

 

Protein-based snacks can help boost metabolism and give you more energy during the day. They are also great for helping balance blood sugar for less sugar dumping and cravings in the afternoon.

 

To help with body pH, add lemon or Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar to your water.
