Click on this link Resveratrol is a nonflavonoid polyphenol with 2 isomeric forms: the biologically inactive cis-resveratrol, and the biologically active trans-resveratrol most commonly found in berries, grapes, and red wine. Results of animal studies have shown that resveratrol treatment 30 minutes before injury onset has protective effects, such as reducing oxidative stress, in the spinal cord after an ischemia-reperfusion injury . Resveratrol has several positive effects protecting cells in the heart, brain, and kidney and reducing tumor growth. In addition, resveratrol has been observed to have a strong “anti-aging capacity”!    

 

When we are busy and have a full life it is sometimes difficult to pay attention to our own needs. 

It helps to write down what you eat for meals in detail including snacks and beverage! As we journal we can see what we do daily and find out what to remove~~ "one meal at a time" is a great starting point.

 

You may want to try drinking a full glass of water first thing in the morning it hydrates and boosts the metabolism.

 

Snacks that are protein based can help to boost the metabolism and give you more energy during the day. Also great to help balance the blood sugar for less sugar dumping and cravings in the afternoon.

 

To help with pH to the body add lemon or Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar to your water.
